«We were so impressed by the kindness and flexibility during our stay. They accommodated an early check-in, had all of our luggage from our previous hotel waiting in our room, and even included thoughtful touches (handwritten welcome note).
The hospitality was exceptional and made this one of our favorite travel experiences. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!»

«Upea pieni Luxury/boutiquehotelli, jossa koko asunto samassa!

«Hotel inc. was the perfect hotel for our family stay in Kyoto. The room was beautiful and the hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood. The park outside was great for the kids to play football in and there are plenty of bakeries and coffee shops nearby. The sauna on the top floor is a gem! We rented bikes at Mori Bicycle shop just around the corner and cycling in Kyoto is the best way to get around.
I truly recommend this hotel! Thank you for having us.»
