In addition to a large, cozy corner couch—which can be converted into a sleeping area in just a few simple steps—and a 43-inch 4K flat-screen TV, there is a spacious dining area with a dining table that seats up to 4 people, located right next to the modern, separate kitchen, which features a breakfast table for two. Equipped with an oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, induction cooktop, electric kettle, fully automatic coffee machine, drip coffee maker, and toaster, the kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your own meals during your vacation.

The separate, spacious bedroom is furnished with a cozy, custom-built double bed (180x210 cm) crafted by a carpenter.There is a charging station for your cell phone.
Separate premium spring mattresses (21 cm) and an adjustable slatted frame, along with blackout curtains, ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The large closet offers plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe.

In the smaller bedroom, you’ll also find a custom-made double bed featuring separate premium spring mattresses (21 cm) and an adjustable slatted frame. Blackout curtains are provided here as well. Another closet has been provided for your vacation wardrobe.

In the bright, naturally lit bathroom, underfloor heating ensures pleasant comfort. Underfloor heating is even available in the large, walk-in shower (90 cm x 130 cm).
Here, you can choose between a rain showerhead or a handheld showerhead. A towel warmer, a hair dryer, a large lighted mirror, and an oak bench (for the little ones to brush their teeth) round out the bathroom.

The 5-square-meter, southwest-facing, wind-protected balcony offers more than just space for breakfast. Here, you can also relax and wind down at the end of the day.

A free parking space with no height restriction is included with the vacation rental and is located next to the house.
