«We stayed at Portou House for 5 nights and had an excellent time. Very good location in Chania Old Town. Communication was great from start to finish with Julia being very responsive. We were pleasantly surprised with a bottle of wine for my Partner’s birthday which was a nice touch. The only feedback we would have is that there was no full length mirror - think it would be good to consider including in the rooms. Many thanks Julia and team at Portou House. »

«Var på en liten ferie i ferien og reiste fra Plaka til plaka på andre siden av kreta for å besøke Spinalonga. Vi bodde på Mirabella som både var rimelig og enkelt. Veldig okei standard for enn billig penge. Renslig og hyggelig betjening. Stort og fint basseng. Så, turen ble kjempe vellykket, og Agios Nikolaos var utrolig koselig om kvelden og vi spiste på en litt dyr, men fantastisk restaurant, Du lac . Helt innerst i havnen der. . Beste maten eg har spist på restaurant på mange år . . .»

«Lovely old building, recently renovated right in the heart of the old town. This means transporting luggage a distance from the car but good communication re parking nearby. Inside the property, the duplex we were staying in meant climbing quite a lot of stairs with suitcases, although they did offer to help. Great that able to walk to restaurants and historical places and quiet area.»

«We stayed for 4 nights and we loved it. We will certainly come back to enjoy this beautiful place. It’s pretty new, in excellent condition and well located in the small town of Archanes. Restaurants are in walking distance. Wineries are close by. There is no parking at the hotel but only a few steps away at the upper street. Excellent and beautiful spot to stay! »

«Do not stay if you want a good nights sleep, booked this hotel for one night due to a electrical power cut in the hotel we had booked for our holiday as we wasn’t a good night sleep with aircon Huge mistake you are on the noisiest strip in Crete, I’d say worse than malia we ended up packing bags 4am after getting no sleep and going back to our all inclusive hotel. Would not recommend rooms are clean but that is the only good thing Rooms are boilin, full building is and you only get one key ...
