Air conditioning ensures a pleasant temperature regardless of the season, and a large window lets in natural light, emphasizing its modern character.

The kitchenette is fully equipped, allowing for self-catering. Guests have at their disposal a hotplate, microwave oven, kettle, and coffee machine. Next to it is a table with chairs, creating a convenient space for dining or working on a laptop. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine, and hairdryer, ensuring full comfort even during longer stays. Guests are provided with hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries, which includes shower gel, shampoo, and soap.
