«The hotel location is in peaceful area, several groceries near hotel and the parking place for the car is in the mall very close at hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly, also the room was very clean. There are next to the mall buss stop where you can board a free city buss which take to the city center. »

«Very responsive host and the remarkably clean and organized hotel room with secured/easy access was conveniently located in the city center near the Herakleion port. Restaurants and shopping district within walking distance. The host guided me through greatly with finding a parking spot which I appreciate very much. Coffee, tea, a small bottle of ouzo & other assortments were kindly accommodated, such sensible gestures added a wonderful memory to my experience in the famous greek hospitality. ...

«Great location, accessible parking and easy-ish to find at night. Some amenities unavailable (espresso pods, toiletries, laundry soap, drying rack). Strangely, none of the tv remotes contained batteries. A/C was functional and the mattresses comfortable. Steep marble staircase made it a little treacherous for tiny kids. Breakfast downstairs was an easy win.»
