«The front desk staff was rude and the room was very dirty. Be aware if you end up with a non renovated room, the furniture is dusty and the desk hasn’t been wiped down, the carpet is old and the couch smells like pee. The staff is hit and miss, mostly miss. The property itself is very nice but the ocean tower is very far. »

Literally next to construction happening between 9 and 5 am. Not just banging, but pretty much non-stop hammer drilling the entire day. When asked for a chance to move, was told nothing is available.
