«If you’re ever in Kofu, this is the place to stay! Just a short 10 min walk from Kofu Station. Room was large and spacious, super clean. Seemed very new and modern with a nice touch of Japanese style living room. Beds were very comfortable. A/c worked great! Service was amazing, they helped us with our luggage and had it ready in our room when we checked in. Check-in was simple on an iPad (no receptionists). Can definitely reccomend! »

«I like you veything . I have lots of difficultés in comuniation and I arrive to the wrong place and no way to get I. Touch with no body, till one of the guess in that location was very helpful and get i. Touch with the people in charge and pick me at the location with the same name, litke frustration because I was traveling from Korea and it was 9,30 pm , so I say great service but I thought line all my reservations, that I was going to have my own bathroom. Other that well nanti e place👍»

«３階のダブルルームに泊まりました。同じ階にあと２部屋あり、共用のダイニングとキッチン、トイレ、お風呂があって自宅のような造りでくつろげました。写真で見るより新しく清潔感がありタオルやお布団も柔らかく、このお値段でここまでは期待していなかったので非常に満足しました。»

«Very friendly staff with warm atmosphere - even when you do not have any ideas to enjoy your stay at that area, you will get better suggestions from them.

«Check in was a little sketchy, I struggled to find the right door at first and keypad. And when I got into my room, I didn't realize the door would lock behind me when I left. I closed the door to go to the bathroom downstairs and luckily I had my phone on me with my code, but if I had locked my phone in my room without my code I would've been in a really bad spot since there is no receptionist or on-site staff.
