«The location for our stay was very good. This is not a hotel, it is a private residence with the feel of a house rental, owner was over the top accommodating, speaking English and Japanese + other languages, this property is a work in progress as the owner is making many improvements, right now the property is very basic in terms of amenities, mattress' very very stiff, and bedding was clean but dated, our unit had a washer and dryer all in one unit, no ironing board and a useless iron, lighting ...

«步行 3分鐘就到超市，十分方便。 屋主貼心準備了welcome drink，屋內設備齊全，但需注意樓梯有一點斜，長者或小孩上落需格外小心。 美中不足的是，預訂時非常期待享用屋主提供的單車，但單車車軚漏氣，享受不到河旁踏單車的樂趣。»

«Condensed version as forced to resubmit review. Property was changed from max 6 to 4 AFTER we booked. Beds supposedly for 2 were singles with 2 pillows. Toilet cannot be used by anyone much over 6' as two of us were. Condition questionable - broken interior door locks and holes/rips in doors. We could not stay, had to find hotels at the last minute.»

«家具は揃っており、数日の滞在に向いています。 コップが汚れていることとバスルームがかなりカビ臭かったのが残念です。 掃除が行き届いていない印象でしたが、料金からするとやむなしなのかなと思いました。 カップルや家族連れなど、思い出に残したい旅行者にはおすすめできませんが、ビジネスなど出張利用の方にはいいと思います。»

«We had a little bit of hard time finding the property because there was two different house numbers listed (from the website and from the actual paper on the front door). After getting inside, I didn’t realize just how steep the stairs were. It made it pretty difficult carrying suitcases up and down the stairs. Once we got into the room, the inside looked a lot different from the photos on the listing. There was only one bed and it was actually a lot smaller than the photos made it seem. The ...

«The house is much smaller, but is in a very nice neighborhood, and is surrounded by severel ammeneties to help with your visit, in a few minutes is a familymart and a 7-eleven, 5 minutes away is a grocery chain (Bel-X) and a Daiso, and the station thats 8 minutes away connects to a decent amount, with the easiest to access being Kita-Senju, allowing quick travel to most of the main areas, notably akihabara with the express liner. Decent price, but would reccomend for anyone with a group of ...

«Price is amazing and the town is very pretty with plenty of restaurants and major train station near by (6 minute walk). Place is clean and well kept. Mini fridge, electric stove and washer in the bathroom. The dryer option of the washer doesn’t work, so I wouldn’t even try. I ended up hanging the clothes on a clothes rack that’s provided for some of my laundry which was adequate. The property manager never took long to reply to any of my messages. We’ll definitely stay again on my next visit to ...
