It operates exclusively as a private rental. It’s about a 15-minute walk from Shin-Yurigaoka Station in Kawasaki City and just an 8-minute walk from Kakiō Station. It’s a very convenient location—you could say you can find just about anything within a 10-minute walk. It’s ideal not only for couples and families but also for business travelers, thanks to easy access to Shinjuku and Yokohama. We’ve implemented thorough COVID-19 safety measures, ensuring you can enjoy a comfortable stay in a clean environment. We provide high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a Washlet toilet, and a full range of standard amenities. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, and refrigerator—so you can cook your favorite meals on the gas stove or enjoy a glass of fine wine with friends at the counter. It’s an ideal base for exploring Hakone’s hot springs, Enoshima by the sea, and Kamakura with its temples. Clairege House warmly welcomes both short- and long-term stays. The spacious bedroom offers plenty of room even for two adults. Accommodations are available for groups of one to six people. It’s a convenient and comfortable place to stay at an affordable rate. Parking is available for one standard-sized car and one kei car, for a total of two vehicles (parking fees are charged separately).

It’s a minimum 8-minute walk to the station. Shinyurigaoka Station is also within walking distance. The shortest travel time from Shinyurigaoka to Shinjuku is about 25 minutes. Access to central Tokyo and Yokohama is also easy. Take the Romancecar, and you’ll reach Hakone, Enoshima, and Kamakura in no time. We currently offer a shuttle service from the station.
