«The description was off when the owner described the property as new. It was however newly renovated, somewhat. He had explained to us that the front door needed a little help to open. It in fact needed to be lifted and pushed fairly hard to open and close. What lighting there was was very poor with several of the bulbs burnt out with no replacements.
