«My check in was very smooth. Very good… however when it was time to check out… the receptionist on duty told us he has to check our room first to see if we are able to get our deposit back! I’m like whatttt! I’ve been living to many hotels and this was the first time I’m hearing this. On top of this… he was very rude and disrespectful and giving attitude. Like hey… you think we wanna steal towels and sheets? So distasteful! Never again!!!»
