This low-country style home offers a spacious front porch and wrap-around decks on both levels. On the first level, the large “great room” with its cathedral ceiling offers an open space Living room, accompanied by the Kitchen, Dining area, and separate King and Queen Master suites, each with its own bath. On the top level, two Twin bedrooms share a bath and have a look out that makes a great place to read a book and get away. The house offers good open areas for group gatherings, and space for quiet or private relaxing.
Ships Watch amenities include easy walking distance to either the ocean or the sound. We have a swimming pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. On the sound, we have a 100-yard pier offering fishing and crabbing opportunities as well as beautiful sunset views. The nearby town of Duck offers many small shops, stores, galleries, and restaurants.
