Feriehjem i Duck

«Four of us (two adults and two grown kids) stayed for five nights over the holiday weekend. The location of this property right on the Duck/Southern Shores boundary was just great. Sunset views of the bay were great and the ocean was a short walk or drive away. The property was very clean. We are used to renting homes that are a little more lived in, so the lack of games and puzzles (and basic cooking necessities like salt and pepper) threw us a bit. «The house was beautiful and comfortable!! Our family of 10 adults fit so well and enjoyed everything about the house! The hot tub was a hit and the living area was perfect for hangout time!»

«The host was very accommodating and helpful. The space is attached to their home but never once did they make it awkward. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. It’s a great space for a couples quiet getaway.The only thing that would have made things more comfortable would be more pillows. In all, it was a nice stay. We look forward to visiting the area again but will likely use one of our hosts other places. »

«The house was in a great location, easy to find and instructions were clear. Overall, it was fine, and fit our large family. It was a pretty typical rental with random kitchen supplies and broken towel holders. My suggestion would be to bring what you need if you’re staying here - can openers, knives, extra cutting boards, etc.»
