This beautiful home is less than 100 yards from the beach access, which is guarded in season, in the Sea Acres community of Duck. Large solar heated pool, pergola for added shade, complete bath, and bar area with bar fridge and cooler on wheels in this area. Pavers added for extended seating. Hammock by the bar area. Sand toys and beach chairs can be found in the equipment room. Two enclosed showers are located by the driveway to rinse off after coming back from the beach. The secluded grilling area from the screened-in porch on the west side of the house offers one gas grill and one charcoal grill.
