Katmandu is located near the beach (approximately 465 feet) with direct access, so you can hear the surf all day! You can't beat relaxing and sunbathing at your private pool and hot tub.

Enjoy pleasant sea breezes, socializing with family and friends from your generous outdoor decking and screened porch. The large yard enhances your outdoor enjoyment. 46" HD TV, Blu-ray player with the capability to stream Netflix, Roku TV, CD/MP3 stereo with surround sound, Foosball table, outdoor ping pong table, Nintendo Wii, Nintendo-64, Xbox One, board games, puzzles, and books galore are also available to keep your family entertained.

Northpoint is a popular beach community located in Duck for active families! You will love the indoor community pool! It’s the ideal reprieve from the hot summer sun or the occasional rainy day. Northpoint’s community tennis and basketball courts are also yours to enjoy during your stay at Katmandu. Be sure to take advantage of Northpoint’s private community pier on the nearby sound for great crabbing, kayaking, and sunset views just a few minutes’ stroll from Katmandu.

The private pool is open from mid-April through mid-October. The pool size is approximately 16’ x 33’. Optional pool heat is available for $500/week.

The Northpoint community indoor pool is normally open from April 1st to the end of October. Community pool dates are subject to change.

Katmandu is non pet friendly.

Ground Level: Parking, pool with hot tub, ping pong table, two outside showers, and horseshoe pits.

Lower Level: Rec room with Foosball table, bumper pool table Wii, N-64, MP3 compatible surround sound stereo, wet bar with mini-refrigerator, and hall half bathroom.

Mid Level: Two king bedrooms with Jack and Jill style bathroom with jetted tub, two bedrooms with two bunk beds, and full hall bathroom with tub.

Top Level: King bedroom with shared hall bathroom with tub, kitchen with MP3 compatible stereo, great room with an entertainment system and gas fireplace (Nov-Apr.), dining area, screened porch access, and front and rear decks access.
