Northpoint is a popular beach community located in Duck for active families! You will love the indoor community pool! It’s the ideal reprieve from the hot summer sun or the occasional rainy day. Northpoint’s community tennis and basketball courts are also yours to enjoy during your stay at Katmandu. Be sure to take advantage of Northpoint’s private community pier on the nearby sound for great crabbing, kayaking, and sunset views just a few minutes’ stroll from Katmandu.

The private pool is open from mid-April through mid-October. The pool size is approximately 16’ x 33’. Optional pool heat is available for $500/week.

The Northpoint community indoor pool is normally open from April 1st to the end of October. Community pool dates are subject to change.

Katmandu is non pet friendly.

Top Level: King bedroom with shared hall bath with tub, fully stocked kitchen, great room with a 55" Roku TV and soundbar with all streaming apps, Blu-ray playter, CD/MP3 stereo with surround sound, Wii-U, many table games and puzzles, gas fireplace (Nov-April), dining area, screened porch access, and front and rear deck access (ocean view from the front).
