Inside, an open-concept layout in the top-level great room encourages quality time spent together with family and friends. Vaulted ceilings and windows galore create a bright and airy space with abundant natural light. The living area opens up onto a wrap-around sun deck with a horizon view of the sound. It's the perfect place to relax with a cocktail and watch the spectacular sunsets. When you're not dining out at one of Duck's fabulous restaurants, prepare meals at home in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The primary bedroom is conveniently located just off the great room and includes a private bath with double vanity and walk-in shower. A second master suite is located on the mid-level, along with two guest bedrooms that share a hall bathroom.

Downstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms and a fourth full bath. There's also a rec room that can serve as an additional hang-out space, with direct access to the pool area. Use the wet bar for convenient poolside drinks and snacks without having to go upstairs.

No need to worry about finding parking around town, since you'll also be just a short walk away from the very best Duck has to offer. Attend yoga classes, concerts, and annual events hosted at the Town of Duck amphitheater. There's also a public park complete with a soundside boardwalk that takes you on a delightful stroll along the water to an eclectic mix of dining and boutique shopping. When you're ready to hit the beach, take a quick drive south to the Byrd Street public beach access, just five miles from the house.
