«Comfortable, clean and convenient. Off season pricing and fireplace were a plus. Only concern was there was only one chair in the room for two people with a king bed and no table for working on lap top etc.»

«Our room on the first floor was very clean and tidy, two well made queen beds, that were firm, but not too firm -- but the pillows were kind of too soft and squishy. TV channels were limited and the bathroom/toilet area was tiny. «The check-in experience - Blake - was exceptional and went out of his way to get us into room type we requested.
The room itself was spacious and clean, and the coffee bar was a nice treat.

«No hot water and no communication. We had no hot water - like the hot water was turned off, it was ice cold and no faucet increased. We called, texted, and messaged through Expedia, and got no response. No one is on site. If I am paying this price for a lodge stay I expect to be able to have hot - or at the very least warm water. «The view from our room was great, the only issuesI had was the carpet had stains, the ceiling has water stains, there were toys left from the previous customers so that tells me it wasnt cleaned very well. Both rooms could use some updating.»
