The positives: The man at check-in was great, the room was clean and everything worked as it should have, the view was nice, and parking was easy. The breakfast is great! They provide you with a room service style slip of paper and you complete it before 10pm each night, then you can either dine in, pick-up, or have your selections delivered in the morning. The fritatta and biscuits and gravy were great.
The negatives: We received absolutely no housekeeping service, which was so odd as when we left our room, the room next to us was being done. It's like the housekeeper just totally skipped over us and forgot about our room. The other huge negative is there doesn't seem to be any security roaming the hotel. We had people knock on our door at 4am and then run away, there rooms around us were blaring their tv's, people were shouting at each other loudly, which could be heard in our room and we could hear toilet flushing all through the night.
