Up close we found writing on the walls, excessive scuffs, second hand furniture, dryer that took 2x runs to dry, broken dishwasher and busted bed in the master bedroom. We had problems with the thermostat being set on a program and it was 68 degrees. We like it 70-71. We could not override the program so the temp stayed cool. «We visited the property for a family vacation. Check in was smooth and the property was quiet, clean and well-equipped. There was one small hiccup along the way. I chalk it up to the time of year, but there were some ants concentrated in the kitchen. I messaged the host and he sent additional bait traps and ensured that pest control came out the next day. I was pleased with the prompt response and the rest of the trip went off without a hitch.»

Only minor downsides, the pool wasn't heated (or I couldn't figure it out, which is possible), property doesn't have a grill, and I would have loved if the fire pit was gas. House was perfect, one larger bedroom and bathroom downstairs with two bedrooms, one with a double bunk bed , and bathroom upstairs. Well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if visiting Belmont. Absolutely perfect.»
