Private family, pet friendly with fenced yard near Limestone College and Outlets

Our home is a part of a duplex. It has been freshly remodeled throughout. It has a spacious living room with a 50 inch smart TV.

The entertainment center houses a number of different games, board games, puzzles, and even a paint by numbers canvas. You can also find a foot massager to use while relaxing. We provide an aromatic diffuser with a number of different oils. There is a Bible, and a notepad if needed.

We also have a large crate available for our furry friends in the living room.

Our King bedroom has a bed stand, surge protectors with USB ports to make using and charging your electronics more comfortable, a large computer desk, plus bamboo wardrobe to put your clothes. The closet houses extra linen if needed, baby high chair, pack and play, extra folding chairs and table for a big group, among other essentials.

The bunk bed room has a custom queen over queen bunk bed. All pillows and beds have waterproof and microbial protectors underneath the linen and pillow cases. There is a metal wardrobe to store clothing. We also have children toys for boys and girls in the toy chest, a dedicated worktable, a dresser, two surge protectors with USB ports, and an alarm clock. This room is adjacent to the other units bathroom, so when the tub is in use noise does filter through. We have done our best to soundproof the room, but please be advised that you will still be able to hear noises.

The kitchen has been fully stocked with plates, bowls, cups, wine glasses, silverware, kids dinnerware, cooking utensils, bakeware, mixing and measuring cups, and more. Among the appliances we offer include an instant pot, an air fryer, a cappuccino machine, a Keurig coffee maker, a popcorn maker, a single serve blender, and a toaster in addition to the stove and microwave. We also have a reverse osmosis system that provides clean drinking water as well as hot water.

The table can seat 8 people comfortably. For larger groups, move the table away from the wall and use the benches for extra seating.

We provide cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, a humidifier, a portable heater, an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

Outdoors, you will find a carport with a patio table and rocking chair and a charcoal grill. The shed houses a corn hole set, and a mini golf mat. The backyard is fully fenced with a privacy fence and screened cover. There are doggie bags provided for your convenience as well.
