There is a full sized refrigerator, a stove, microwave, and excellent coffee maker. The bedroom was cozy and comfortable. A really large parking area is a plus.»

«This was our third stay at one of Evan’s properties. Every time has been a great experience. We love how close the home is to Ithaca College and much prefer the area than staying in the commons. Beautiful property and nice area to walk the dogs.
