The patio has a private cozy feel because of all the beautiful landscaping - no golfers on the course glancing onto the property, and you won't get golf balls flying into the house.

Just off the screened porch is the fenced back yard area with a brand new Webber grill! Steps outside fence and around the landscaping to a delightful little pond. Have a seat on the bench and enjoy peaceful moments listing to the water fountain and enjoying the view! Just a few steps from the property is one of the two community pools! So convenient!

The fully equipped kitchen has new appliances and everything you need to enjoy cooking delicious meals during your stay. Additionally, there is a staced washer and dryer in the unit. We provide all linens, bath and pool/beach towels, two beach chairs, a beach bag and a small cooler.

Both bedrooms are located on the second floor as well as the full bathroom with a large shower. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, ample closet space and a private screened balcony with two comfortable chairs with pull-out leg rests. The perfect spot for reading, napping, coffee, an evening cocktail or glass of wine! The second bedroom has a full size bed, some closet space, the washer and dryer and it's own balcony with seating.
