Cons: in the bathroom, the soap and shampoo dispensers had been watered down so were poor quality. The electronic lock for our room was malfunctioning and required us to twist a handle with sharp metal edges so hard, one time I had to do this, it cut my hand.»

«There are no garbage baskets anywhere. No toilet paper, no soap. you have to share the bathroom. We have to clean the bathroom and shower every time we use it. No cleaning supplies or paper towels to clean it. We have other guests complaining to us for using a bathroom that was at front of our room. So we had to use a different bathroom and it was share with other guests. Not a good experience.»

«Host communication was great! The welcome basket was with treats and a bottle of wine was a very nice touch. Bed and linens were super comfortable. Amenities were on point. Location was pretty good but ended up taking longer and more frequent trIps on public transportation than we would have liked. Would try a slightly more central location next time.
