«The property wasn't very clean and had the personal effects of the home owner in piles on the various patios. There was a pool slide that didn't seem safe to use near the pool with wasps living in and the pool wasn't very clean. There was no drinking water provided. The fridge was not plugged in or cold. There was a dog on the property that was not listed in the description. I tried to receive pictures of the additional bedrooms from the host for months before hand but she never sent them and ...

«We had a wonderful time! The cottage is close to the pool, a short walk to the beach, and a short Tuk Tuk ride to some great local restaurants and an ample supermarket! It was everything I anticipated! The bed was super comfy, and nice to have air conditioning overnight! Kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils and pans etc. Everyone on the little compound were so helpful, and offered additional support, advice and recommendations! I look forward to returning! »

«The term Luxury cottage is an insult. The pictures are very misleading.This place is so run down. The staff you can tell is trying hard but obviously the owner cares nothing about customer service or being honest. Our "Luxury cottage" had no microwave, no satellite TV and the kitchen and living room were exposed to heat as there are no windows only loose screening that let lots of bugs in. The couch and beds sit on concrete reminiscent of city jail. I realize this property is in the tropics but ...

«Die Anzeige hatte nahezu überhaupt nichts mit dem tatsächlichen Objekt zu tun. Klimaanlage, TV und weitere in der Anzeige erhaltene Geräte waren nicht vorhanden. Die Sauberkeit war sehr schlecht, der Pool in einem renovierungsbedürftigem Zustand. Es war mir nicht möglich in diese Unterkunft zu bleiben, habe mir eine Alternative gesucht. Einzig die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief gut. »

"Had just one night stay at Crowne Plaza. Wish I could have stayed longer. Very proffesional and polite staff members working at this hotel. Very secure hotel. The rooftop pool area was just amazing, with a beautiful view of the nature. They extended our check out time. We are very grateful and looking forward to stay at Crowne Plaza on my next visit to Kenya. "

"Is good located hotel, different size room. there was some pasing challange with the internet, but their tech worked fast on fix it as best as possible. Great staff, Great big breakfast to choose from, roof top pool, and a bar + seating area and view point. I like the hotel and extended with several days. is in CBD, some som traffic and noice thee alays is, but not much to hear at the hotel. Recommend this hotel, and i would stay there again."
