«Kjempe koselig hotell i Shinjuku. Kort avstand til det meste. Litt små rom, men vi var ikke så mye på rommene. Artig at de hadde happy hour med gratis drikke i lobbyen, det gjorde at vi møtte masse nye folk»

«Had two nights at this hotel. It was located very centrally and if you get a floor high up, you will most likely get a nice view. We had a room in the middle (8th floor) where the view was not that nice. The room was small but comfortable. They could have preferably taken some square meters from the large bathroom/shower and put it in the room instead as there were no room to have to suitcases. In the reception you could also take small hair and body lotions for free, which I think is a nice ...

«The bed is really nice, super quiet even though we had machines outside our window. Bathroom was super clean. The walls had som stains but that didn’t really bother us. The breakfast is mostly Japanese food, but it was really nice. Lovely staff. The room is not big, but it is still really comfortable. You get everything you need of amenities »

«Fikk 2 enkle senger selv om vi hadde bestilt dobbelseng. Sengene var som vanlig i Japan, harde. Måtte betale 2500 yen for å komme inn på spa avdelingen på hotellet noe vi ikke var klar over før booking. Spa avdelingen var veldig bra med alt av utstyr, såper å slikt man måtte trenge, inkludert barberhøvel om man skulle trenge dette. Veldig enkelt å bo på for å fly videre neste dag da hotellet er inne på selve flyplassen så trengte ikke gå ut for å komme inn på gate 3.»

«Modern and spacious with excellent amenities. Very expensive buffet meals but the restaurants à la carte was very good and the bakery is excellent. Shame there is no gym, also the bathrooms have a huge unwieldy step, no fan that I could find or defogging of the mirror. »

«Our stay was wonderful. The hotel had a very good location in Shinjuku. The staff was very serviceminded, the room was nice and clean, and just big enough for two persons. The elevators had somewhat of a waiting time during peak checkout hours in the morning. We liked the hotel very much and will definitely consider this or other APA hotels in the future.»
