«We had a wonderful stay at Pencil House over the new year period in Tokyo. The location is quiet and perfect as it is also convenient to get to anywhere with proximity to the metro station. The layout of the rooms was perfect as each of our preteens got their own space and the kitchen has everything needed in a compact space. Communication was very easy with the host and appreciated. Would consider staying again if we are back in the area »

«Kevin was a fantastic communicator and helped us with clear directions to get to his property including videos of how to get the trains and a video of how to walk there from the station.He also provided us with instructions and advice on local eateries and restaurants.His place was super close to a 7/11 and supermarket and was a quick 5 minute walk to the closest train station.His house had everything we needed for our stay. «This is a modern and spacious room. It is everything you want in a room to stay in Tokyo. Its close to the train station that will take you anywhere. Its a safe area where you can walk at anytime of day or night. There is a 7-11 across the street for snacks, drinks and even full meals. The host is great and everything was amazing. Would recommend again and again.»
