«Incredibly convenient location, just a very short walk to the train station. Very clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were big enough for us. Only thing I would say to be aware of is that the 3 floors are divided by a single staircase that is a bit narrow and steep. There is a Lawson right down the road, on the way to the train station. Excellent for when you're coming back late at night. The Lawson is a great pickup/drop-off spot for taxis if you need a ride.»

«This property is alright, if you are on a short stay. If you are staying for 3 or more days, I do not suggest as this is an unmanned property. I only got to know after booking was confirmed! There was no indication when I was booking! This is not friendly at all. Additionally, there were many small flies from my 2nd day onwards. I tried messaging property but response was slow. Had to get my local contact call them before they reacted. On top of that, when housekeeping was sent, a sloppy job ...

«I wanted the authentic Japanese experience and I got it with this property. Small apartment, small living with 2 adjustable sofa a simple tv and a small tables. As seen on tv guys. The beds are upstairs 2 beds 🛏️. In nakano area couple station away from Shinjuku Tokyo. There's a family mart and a grocery store at walking distance. As a barber shop close by, I shaved there. «Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. «Price is amazing and the town is very pretty with plenty of restaurants and major train station near by (6 minute walk). Place is clean and well kept. Mini fridge, electric stove and washer in the bathroom. The dryer option of the washer doesn’t work, so I wouldn’t even try. I ended up hanging the clothes on a clothes rack that’s provided for some of my laundry which was adequate. The property manager never took long to reply to any of my messages.
