«The property was great and worked well for our family. Communication was excellent!! The reason i could not give a 5 star was because of 2 things- 1 is the air conditioning had a hard time keeping up to the heat of the Florida weather. The bedrooms were warm at night, we closed the living room vents trying to get more air in the bedrooms and this seemed to work. 2- the fact that we were not prepared for the desire to not use the toilet for the paper but the trash can. we were informed it was due ...

«We loved staying at this house. It looked to be newly updated, and it was very clean and comfortable (the layout, beds, furniture, etc.) We were also pleased with the location…quiet neighborhood and convenient to grocery stores.We were in town for our uncle’s memorial service and were running around a lot meeting with family so we appreciated the comfort of this property. «Property is OK in a great area. There was a poor supply of kitchen pans, utensils beach stuff like chairs and umbrellas (there were some but in really poor shape) The water pressure on all showers was really poor because the shower heards are old, dirty and probably they have the pressure limiter inside.»

«We were on the island for a Mother/Daughter weekend getaway. 2 teens and 7 women. The space was perfect. The backyard and pool area kept us well entertained day and night! The kitchen came stocked with all we needed to cook and enjoy a night in. Our host was so kind and friendly! Communication throughout was excellent. I would just note to bring extra towels for a large group if using the pool. »
