The Space:

Casa Brisa is a single-level, four-bedroom pool home on a quiet corner lot in the heart of Marco Island, a 15-minute walk or 4-minute drive from South Beach. It sleeps eight comfortably, with a private heated pool inside a screened lanai, a set of cruiser bikes, and a beach wagon already packed with chairs, a cooler, and sand toys. The house is set up so a family can arrive, unpack once, and spend the week moving between the beach, the pool, and the grill without much need for the car.

Inside, vaulted ceilings, transom windows, and plantation shutters give the home an airy, coastal feel. The open floor plan connects the living room, kitchen, and dining area, with sliding doors out to the lanai so the whole group stays together whether they're inside or out.

The Beach:

South Beach is close enough that the beachfront towers are visible from the driveway. Most guests walk or bike over in the morning with the wagon and head back for lunch and a swim in the pool. When you'd rather drive, it's a four minute door to sand. Beach chairs, a folding wagon, a cooler, sand toys, a skimboard, beach towels, and an umbrella are all provided, so there's nothing to rent or pack.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

Bedroom 1 is the primary suite with a king bed, a smart TV, and a private bath with a long double vanity, a soaking spa tub, and a separate walk-in tiled shower with a bench. Bedroom 2 has a queen Murphy bed with built-in shelving stocked with board games, and works well as a flex room or quiet space during the day. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and a smart TV. Bedroom 4 has two twin beds and a smart TV, and is well suited to children. Bathroom 2 is a full bath with a shower/tub combination and a door directly onto the pool lanai, so swimmers can rinse off without walking through the house.

Outdoor Living:

The screened lanai is the center of the home. It has a private heated pool with a handrail, four pool loungers, a covered dining table for six, and lounge seating, along with a Weber gas grill for evening cookouts. Just off the lanai is an outdoor ping pong table, and the corner lot gives the yard more lawn than most homes on the island. The pool temperature is preset for comfortable swimming year-round.

Kitchen and Living Areas:

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking real meals, with stainless appliances, a dishwasher, and a breakfast bar for three, plus a dining table for six. The living room has a large sectional and a smart TV; log in to your own streaming accounts. A dedicated desk workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi make it practical to keep up with work or school during a longer stay, and a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room mean you can pack light.
