«From the concierges, to the valets, to the poolside wait staff, to the housekeeping, the hospitality was wonderful! We made the mistake of doing Uber instead of a rental car. Not the smartest idea considering it is really easy to get an Uber from the airport to Princeville, but very hard to get an Uber while at the hotel. «It was like staying in a damp college dorm that was under construction. They did tell me the lobby was under construction but the whole place is. It is so damp all of my clothes felt wet and I had to walk around in flip flops even at night. I asked for a softer pillow because I have a head injury and I was told no sorry that’s all they have available. The room never felt clean and there was no light. You could barely see to do things. I would have moved hotels if we were there for longer.»

«This was so much fun for our family! Every morning our boys (3 and 5 yo) woke up and went straight to the beach to play then warmed up in the hot tub before coming up for breakfast. The location on the island allowed us to explore the entire island. It was a bit of a drive to the canyon but well worth it. The hosts were quick to respond and very helpful. Thank you for everything!»
