«Everything was Great. no elevators Though. But besides that Property is Beautiful Staff is Great. Great location shops and restaurants right next to hotel. Beautiful Ocean View. Beach needs some clean up after 2 Hurricans. But will definitely go back. Some day not soon enough.»

«Good attitude»

«Sengen og badet så rent ut, men resten av rommet var det lav standard på. Alle dørhengsler var veldig rustet og lampene så ut som de var hentet på søppeldynga. Vi var ikke så mye på rommet så var ikke et veldig stort problem, men til prisen var det skuffende. Frokosten er heller ikke noe å skrive hjem om.»

«The hotel is okay. It's not a fancy hotel with many amenities, which is fine because its price is competitive compared to other hotels on the island. In my opinion, it would be perfect if it were cleaner. The bedsheets and pillowcases were stained, as were some of the towels, and the shower was gross, especially the walls. The room also had a weird smell. They offer complimentary coffee in the mornings, which is a nice touch. The AC worked perfectly, I didn't have any issues with parking (it ...

«The Location is nice, but the hotel needs some updating.»

«Særdeles tilmålt service hos personalet. Dårlig utvalg av glutenfri mat, samt barnevennlig mat. Ok renhold, og fasiliteter. »

«Dette var av de rimeligere stedene å bo; du får det du betaler for. Hyggelig betjening, og fin beliggenhet for utflukter. »

«The resort has some great features, especially the beautiful pools and the excellent check-in experience. The welcome was warm and made a great first impression. Unfortunately, the evenings were disappointing. There was very little nightlife, no real bar atmosphere, and almost everything closed by 9:00 p.m., which made the resort feel quiet much too early. The drinks at the bar were also below expectations, and the bartenders and bar staff didn’t seem particularly engaged or enthusiastic, which ...

«The staff at the front desk was so nice!»

«1. This is a privately owned unit 2417 within the resort and as such, the resort hands you key bracelets and you are on your own from there. No services from staff for your unit. 2. Upon arrival, the door to 2417 has the closer set much to tightly so it requires brute force to open and a shoulder to prevent slammed closures. 3. Serious neglect regarding painting of walls, ceiling and trim. The bottom of the bathroom door trim is rusted out and the door glide is missing. 4. The shower curtain is ...

«This a a fabulous studio in a great North Shore location! Kimberlee provides all the amenities you need and more, including beach towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and snorkeling equipment! The bed and furniture are very comfortable. The A/C and fans work really well, and the lanai (patio) is a great place to unwind after a long day exploring. Highly recommend!»

«Amazing views! Golf carts to move around the property was a nice addition. Nice pool, great beach, awesome vibe»

«Great Stay. Originally booked the room through Alex, not through the resort. Due to the recent hurricane damage, the original room and whole ground floor had to undergo repairs during the week of our stay. Alex made it right for us. The room owner set me up to have the resort assign us a room equal to the room I originally booked. Second floor room, with a great partial pool view and mostly ocean view. Was very pleased.»

«The view was beautiful and the room had every amenity we needed! The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was lovely too! The kitchenette was great and the host even left the nice little box of goodies for us. Hanalei Bay Resort is amazing and we definitely look forward to returning!»
