A renovated single home with two bedrooms located near Andaman Phuket Water Park and Kajonkiet International school (KIS), not far from Patong Hill/beach or even Phuket city. It is called The Valley Compound in Kathu (our location listed on listing mmay be different from the map). This house is equipped with 2 King size beds one in each bedroom with 3 air cons plus 2 ceiling fans to cool the house/opened terrace in front of the house with tree to sit to have coffee in the morning/evening. There is also a washer and clothes hanger. There are new 65" Smart TV/Full Kitchen/utensils. Private WIFI-500/500Mbps.

Executive Summary of this house:

1. This is our second single house listing to capture a different group of travelers, who love to stay in the house and live like local people in the main city. This area is safe and our neighbors are good people and they are many foreigners staying in this area. It is very safe.
2. It is not far from the Andaman Water Park and many Golf course nearby, if you want to stay near Golf Course for your daily golf game. It is also near the Kajonkiet International School in Kathu. The Central Festival Phuket shopping mall is just 15 mins away by car. There are restaurant, mini mart, coffee shop, fresh fruits shop, saloon with short walking distance. You must visit our restaurant at the Kathu Water Fall named The Jungle Cafe and Restaurant/Hideaway Jungle Bar.
3. Top quality of mattresses for your comfort, you will love our bed and mattresses. Each bedroom has a new air conditioner, however, there is no TV in each bedroom (peaceful sleeping arrangement). Big Smart TV of 65 inches are installed only at the living room for your enjoyment.
4. There are two bathrooms with shower rooms (no bath-tub) for your family to share, it is a comfortable size to enjoy your shower and your stay. One bathroom is in the middle of 2 bedrooms entrance attached to the Living room. Second bathroom is located at the back of the house, on which you must walk through kitchen and laundry area, however, it is within the house compound/wall with private area, as the facing is facing inside the back of the house (please see photo of 2nd bathroom).
5. The house has two ceiling fans and winds flows from back door of the house (you must open it to allow south winds flows) and front door. We have installed the mosquito net to prevent any mosquitos coming in the house.
6. We have full kitchen with gas stove, in Thailand, we use gas tank with safety valve supplied by PTT company in Thailand. Whole of country is using same type of gas tank for more than 150 years, so do not worry to use it, it is very safe. Our country does not provide gas through underground pipe like in many countries.
7. Workstation with office armed chair plus private fiber optic WIFI of 500/500Mbps.
8. We have 65 inches SMART TV in living room, so you can enjoy your Netflix and You Tube in living room from our branded new TV, no TV in bedrooms.
9. Free unlimited drinking water from our Water Filter installed in the kitchen.
10. Electricity and water are included, so no worry about these bills.

It is a single level house with two bedrooms plus 2 bathrooms (please see the layout of each bathroom located, so there is no misunderstanding of the bathroom layout within this single house) with about 120 sq meters usable area (32 sq wah plot of land) with fresh air at garden with chairs and umbrella located in front of the house. This terrace is good for your coffee in the morning and evening. Free private Optic Fiber WIFI with 500/500Mbps package, private washing machine/dryer, microwave, toaster, gas stove, big refrigerator, kitchen wares, utensils. We have arranged working table/chair for you in the house to enjoy working online.

You will stay like local residents and will have to walk through local resident area (there are nice and friendly, they can help you if you need help), so please do understand their living style. The Andaman Water Park and Phuket Country Golf Course are very near to this house. There is free car park in front of the house next to wall or you can park inside of the house.

It is strongly recommended to rent motorbike for staying at this house in this area, please do not complain about high taxi fare. However, you can download GRAP or In-Drive application for the taxi or to order foods/grocery on delivery.

What are not provided:
1. We do not provide daily cleaning but you can ask for this service at THB1,000, which is included deep cleaning plus change of all linens and towels.
2. We do not provide any breakfast, you can do simple cooking for your own breakfast with eggs, hams and breads. Please visit Lotus or Makkro to buy grocery for your stay to enjoy your home-made cooked foods.
3. We do not refill the tissue papers, water bottles (there is water filter for free drinking water), detergents and other stuff, we would recommend you to buy it from supermarket to refill up to your requirements during your stay, as we don't have staff staying in this area.

This house is in the compound with no gym or swimming pool. You can join so many gyms and swimming pool club, one of the recommended gym and swimming pool is at the KAIF Gym at Kathu, which is not far from this location. Monthly fee is about THB1,200.

You must rent the motor bikes or rent a car from airport to stay at this house, as it is located in the residential area near the Andaman Water Park and the Phuket Country Golf Club and there are many nice restaurants/bars near this location.
