"Great hotel. We enjoyed everything: location (northern part of Patong), infrastructure around, the beach, food, all the hotel staff, hotel facilities. We enjoyed the main pool area during the daytime, since it has great shadow spots. And we really enjoyed the beach club pool for sunsets. Sunsets are just incredible there!! I would definitely recommend this hotel for everyone. Ps: I felt it was really inconvenient to pay safety deposit with cash, and I had my master card only as Apple Pay, which didn’t work for deposit, so I used my Visa card, which work really well. They just froze an amount and released it after check out."

"This time was a HUGE let-down - and we really regret spending 5 nights here. The location itself - it sits on a large hill/peninsula. This means that no matter where you are going - you will most likely have to use one of the cars they have to shuffle you around. And they have 226 rooms - so you can imagine that there are a large amount of people to move, especially during the busy hours. The issue here is that they dont have enough cars to shuffle people around - so every time we wanted to go somewhere, you first have to walk to one of the pick up locations . Then you had to wait - in average about 5-10 minutes before being picked up. On average - going to breakfast - to the beach, to the gym, lunch, and dinner, we had to do this 6-8 times a day waiting on average 45-60 minutes per day for a pick up! That is just not what I imagined myself doing during my holiday. Increase the number of cars! The staff : Something is not right and they do not seem to be content with their job. There are plenty of staff - but for some reason they are required to take photos of everything they are doing - so they spend more time making sure they have documented their job than to pay attention to customers. The food is utterly tasteless at all the restaurants -we tried them all. The breakfast is great! Gym closes at 19pm - for no reason we can understand. Pools are great. The beach is wonderful. We love Santhiya brand, but we are not coming back, every, again to thiso one. "

"Pent rom og veldig greie boforhold, men føles veldig øde og stranden er ikke sånn som på bildet. Det er ikke mulig å bade på hotellstranda siden det er så langgrunt. Skal man noe sted finns ikke fortau her så man bør ta taxi "
