«Overall, we had a really good stay! The room was clean, and check-in went smoothly. Our room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived, but the front desk staff made some adjustments and got everything taken care of quickly. Whenever we requested extra towels, they were brought up right away. The pool was nice! There were little bursts of people coming and going, but it never felt too overwhelming. I also appreciated having a shower in the pool area for quick rinses. Breakfast was good with a nice ...

«Very clean and good breakfest»

«That staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms were clean. There was evidence of trash around the area of construction, but that is to be expected. Parking lot can seem sketchy, but surprisingly it was very safe. Our beds were made which I didn't expect that, and that was a very nice touch. My family and I would stay there again.»

«The bed sits up very high. It felt like Princess and the Pea. Room is appointed nicely and offers (pricey) higher-end snacks and drink selections. I was at a work conference hosted at the hotel across the street and this location was perfect. It gave me an opportunity to break away from all the conference action and offered a bit more privacy. The staff was friendly and helpful.»

«Water filter in gym was a problem.»

«the location was great! staff was helpful! unfortunately if you stay in a shared room and you are put on the top bunk, you get no privacy! while the bottom bunk does, so keep that in mind. when I usually stay in hostels, there is a kitchen or at least a shared space for the people staying at the hostel, kex does not have one. they do have a restaurant that is open to everyone which is nice but there were times where it wasn’t very convenient for me. overall nice stay for one night!»

«The hotel was wonderful, there is a evening reception 7days week you get 2 drinks and appetizers complimentary was good The breakfast buffet was so good even your way omelets very good The pool was nice to have in one are the was a seating area with jets in the pool the water could be warmer was the only down fall»

«The hotel itself was amazing, we enjoyed the vibe it had. What was terrible was how the bartender from last night treated me and my girlfriend. Janice was super nice the other girl after Janice left was extremely disrespectful. I understand we live in a tip society now but we don’t have to tip, it is not required in anyway. We asked for a shot, we hit no tip, then she throws the pay thing down hard, then we get a couple more shots still no tip, then the final shot we get, I pay and hit no tip, ...

«Awesome staff and Room was super clean too!»

«Quite, peaceful and just all around great access to city, not hard to find. Place was clean and bed was comfortable and cozy! Will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a quiet, clean and comfy bed. Staff were polite and friendly! 5 out 5 for me»
