«Overall so beautiful hotel! Lobby, outside area were my favourite.
Restaurant - good.
The only thing which was so-so was the room itself - since the hotel is pet-friendly (that is wonderful!) i could find animal hair/fur on the chairs, even in bed some. And the room looked quite cheap.
All other things +++ I loved to stay there for a weedend.»

«Hot tub, clean room, and helpful staff. The coffee maker needs to be replaced or at the very least thoroughly cleaned with a vinegar based solution. Not having coffee was tough but we managed. The land and space is truly special and I finished two books. Will be back!»

«Owned by descendants of the Gilchrist family who started this last industrial town. The couple was very friendly, helpful and personable. Nice swimming pool. Nice yard games for children to play and adults to enjoy as well.»

«Couldn't check in until after 10PM. Check in should have been at 4PM. Refused check in at 5PM. Keys weren't ready after 10PM and staff had no idea they were 6 hours past check-in. Kept getting bounced back and forth between the hotel and Expedia blaming each other. No one takes accountability. Won't use Expedia or stay here again.»

«Rooms were very clean once we were able to get to it. There was a movie being filmed at the hotel that we were not made aware of. There was no way to get to the front door, there was no valet or help with luggage. We were directed to the wrong place for our room.
Tower rooms were beautiful.»
