«Very clean and beautiful location »

«I don’t know why this place has such high ratings. It’s basically a motel. I think the only thing nice about this is the view from the room and the garden. Our room smelled like cigarettes and we were traveling with our baby. There is no heater for the room, just a small heater you plug in that doesn’t even make the room warm. We were cold all night. The girl at the front desk with dark hair was very sweet though. »

«The room was amazing. My wife is handicapped in a walker. The room was big enough for her to get around. One thing that needs to be done is add grab bars in the shower. »

«The property is beautiful, spacious, and clean. The staff was friendly. The pools are clean, the water was wonderful, the sauna and cold plunge were exactly as they should be, extremely hot and extremely cold. The surrounding nature is pristine and peaceful.»

«I am using the area to leave my review for the restaurant. Staff and service was very good. Hower, I believe they have no idea of the poor quality of food they are serving. Farmed salmon is not on my list of high quality. Pre-made microwaved $42 lamb plate with carrots is not on my list of quality food either. A microwave chicken breast was not very good either. »

«Staff was fabulous. The room was clean. Area was quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Morning coffee in my room was difficult to access because cord to multi outlet power strip surge protector was way too short. The room was very good for a single traveler. The morning breakfast hit the spot - biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were quite tasty.»

«Staff was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we walked in. Newer facility and it was kept very clean, including the pool and hot tub. Staff working the breakfast buffet was also great. Hot tub was exactly what the doc prescribed afyer a long day on Mt Bachelor. Please keep it up. »

«Not sure of the gentleman that checked us in but he was so hospitable and amazing! Played a bit of guitar and gave us great recommendations in the area. The hotel was so clean and nice and the breakfast was top notch with river views were to die for. A must stay if you’re in the area»

«It's such a lovely property! The room offered a charming partial view of the river, adding to the serene atmosphere. The hotel has a warm and welcoming feel, and they were so kind in accommodating Ranger, my puppy.»

«Our stay was delightful in every way until 2:14 AM when the room telephone began ringing , alarming us significantly. It was a robo-call from Hampton Inn with an advertisement.. If we stay there again, I will unplug the phone before bed! I am dissatisfied. $209 for a bad night’s sleep was a steep price!»
