«It is a beautiful hotel, but considering the price I would expect more. Lack in information regarding meals and times. Might be a language problem, but google translate would easily solve this with an information sheet... all in all a good stay, but with this location and amenities it could have been better.»

«Excellent service. I forgot my bag on the train, and when I arrived, they immediately picked up the phone, handled the situation, and arranged for us to get the bag back the very next day. I’ve never experienced service like this before — truly fantastic.
Dinner was wonderful as well: beautifully prepared, cozy, and served with great attention to detail. The garden view was stunning, and being able to take an evening stroll there after dinner felt very luxurious — a truly classic Japanese ...

«The traditional style of the building made for a very cool stay, the room was nice and felt spacious and the beds were comfortable to sleep on as well. I also loved the plants and neighborhood that surrounded the ryokan too. All made for a very comforting stay.»
