Absolutely amazing. We booked the villa with private indoor and outdoor onsens and the space was fantastic. Like a little house, a living room, bedroom, bathroom, bath area next to the indoor onsen, outdoor deck with onsen, and a little patio kind of area outside the living room. Extremely clean and cozy, and the staff made us feel so welcomed immediately. They prepared little honeymoon surprises like a letter, a dessert, and were so sweet always. The food was wonderful and so delicious, we loved having specific dining times and even breakfast was so satisfying. We chose the Japanese breakfast and it was sooo yummy. Everyone working there is so kind, helpful, and there seems to be a lot to do! It is also right in front of the bus stop, super convenient. We took it from Hakone-Yumoto and then took it to Odawara to catch the Shinkansen. Thank you so much for making our honeymoon and first Christmas as a married couple so special. We can’t wait to come back one day!
