«Wonderful place to unwind and just be. We had issues trying to figure out how to empty the water for the air conditioner but Tim was very prompt in helping us with that. It would be helpful to have railing by the steps that go into the apartment for older people. We didn't find a hair dryer which was listed as being available. Other than that, it was a great stay.»

«There were 6 of us (with 2 small dogs) in this loft, and 6 more family members in the loft above us. We had a great time here! The location was excellent. Driving/walking anywhere was very easy. Jackie and Zach were very pleasant to work with and they answered all questions very quick. Checking in and out was very easy and the loft itself was immaculate. Not sure if we'll ever have a reason to visit Kalamazoo again, but if we do, this is where we'll stay! »

«We can't give this place or the hosts enough stars! I wish there were an option for a 10 star review and even that seems to minimal. The listing and photos are exact. Zach and Jackie send you videos of the whole check in process on top of the email with instructions. By far the easiest check in and check out due to their thoroughness. «Entrance to the VRBO was easy to access. Interior had that WOW factor. Very clean throughout. The Bed was exceptionally comfortable. We have a Temprapedic at home, my wife was willing to trade ours for theirs! So many extras to appreciate, Heated Bathroom floor, high profile toilet seat, large walk in shower, what's not to like? Secured parking area, right in downtown. Enjoyed our stay. stay.»

«We enjoyed our stay here quite a bit! Having a full kitchen was very helpful and the distance to downtown was so convenient. Very thankful for a smart TV so we could relax with a movie after a long day. The bed was SUPER comfortable; my husband wants a thicker mattress topper on ours now because he slept so well. Non coin-operated laundry right next door was also extremely convenient. One thing to note: we would have liked to have a tissue box on the nightstand.»
