The villa was great. It is in a perfect location . We wish that on the listing it would have said there was a blow up mattress available and also a travel crib . No complaints , we would stay here again.

This place was incredible. Very large 3 bedroom condo. Lots of space in all rooms. The view is beautiful. We were able to relax and enjoy the day. The patio was great for morning coffee as well as playing cards in the evening. We liked that it didn’t look out over the pool area. It was much more secluded but not out of the way. It was easy to walk to the pool and restaurants. Communication was very easy and the space was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the best location in the Ocean villas. We were there during the tsunami warning and communication from the property managers was excellent. The smoke alarm went off several times; when using microwave or oven, and another time using a hair dryer triggered it.

Peaceful, convenient location with a view

We really enjoyed staying here with our two young children and in-laws. We loved the location- so nice being on the bottom floor so the kids could play in the grass and it made getting to the beach and pool easy too, both very walkable even for little kids. This spot is tucked away with just a handful of other villas so it is quiet (as opposed to being right on top of the pool) and has a view of a secluded, gorgeous stretch of beach accessed via a trail on the other side of the rock wall- make sure to walk down the beach to the beautiful “keiki pool!”

Excellent Experience (and Pricey)

Everything was easy and as-advertised with this property and the management service that runs it. Communication was excellent and consistent and easy. We had one minor problem which was resolved immediately.The property was as-advertised. It was immaculately clean and included all the amenities we could have needed -- including high-end kitchen equipment and many items for the beach, including some beach chairs and boogie boards.The living area was well decorated and spotlessly clean -- great place to gather the family.Turtle Bay has big resort vibes. At the holidays it's crowded -- the beach is crowded and the hotel next door is very busy. There are few restaurant choices and they will all be slammed during high-travel periods.The price we paid for a beach-facing 3BR unit in late December was incredibly high. It's VERY expensive. I won't say that as a complaint, because we knew what we were getting into. But it's worth mentioning.Otherwise, the overall experience with this unit and this company was superb.

Beautiful property and view!

Overall great stay. The property and amenities were lovely. Parking easy. Lots of gate codes to input around the property but well maintained and the gates help with privacy on the property. Wish there had been a second king bedroom and that communication by my property manager would have been more timely but as soon as I engaged her backup, my questions were answered readily. Mahalo for all the amenities! Well provisioned condo!

Wonderful location and villa

This was a great location and Villa. A beautiful ocean view and a short walk to a pool and ocean. Snorkeling was fun in the bay and the beach was beautiful. The unit was great and just like advertised. The master bedroom was really comfortable. We had 5 adults and one 8 yr old.

Great property. Beautiful ocean views. level walking trails along Beach. Several convenient good restaurants. Only complaint is noise of people talking and baby crying through the lockout door to the neighboring unit.
