«Space is beautiful and staff is helpful and friendly.»

«Our room was clean and spacious. Finding it was a challenge for the local cab driver. The breakfast was just breads but I enjoyed the mugwort rolls! I’d recommend that they add a washer/dryer to some rooms. Also, the sleeping clothes were a little worn. Mine was missing an important button. The staff were friendly but it could be hard to communicate with them over the phone.»

«Beautiful property and great location»

«Probably the most memorable experience I have ever had in all my travels - all over, wish I had had the opportunity of staying longer. It was quite wonderful: the interior, the room, every little detail, right down to the pyjamas, and the staff complemented the place perfectly, or perhaps that should be the other way round.»

«Worth it.»

«Staff amazing, hotel clean. Location pretty good one stop from Kyoto or a 20 min walk. Hotel was clean and felt very modern. Little downsides were loved the coffee stations but if your rooms near it you will hear the grinder and the chatting. Apart from that felt like a good local hotel.»

«We loved the size of the room and the bigger bathroom, also had a washing machine which was very handy. Staff were excellent and location was good.»

«Clean and spacious room. Easy walk to Kyoto»

«Beside the leaking ceiling, the room was nice. I was upgraded and also the staffs were extremely kind and thoughtful. Gave me a welcome gift while during the stay and it was nice to see child hood snacks at the front. Decoration and the atmosphere were very nice. Over all lived my stay and would come back 20/10.»

«Flott hotell, vil gjerne bo her igjen.»
