«Our room had hair on the bed and bathroom door when we got there. We asked for new sheets multiple times and it took hours before they came and replaced them. They refused to provide water bottles to us. The workout room was extremely sub-par. «Facility was not clean. Service was nonexistent. TV didn’t work. No response from front desk. You HAVE to use valet parking at $42/day plus fees. We thought it was optional. Also, $35/day resort fee. Dirty dishes left in hallways all week. Garbage left in hallways all week. Kids in hot tub with floats. Children’s birthday party using pool all afternoon one day with loud music and confetti left in pool. Very dated hotel that said it was recently renovated. »

When the water is calm at high tide you can often see 30 feet underwater. Good snorkeling near the jetty. The beach and facilities are really nice. »
