«Good location great hotel»

«Grand Josun Jeju was the highlight of my trip to Korea. The resort was clean, beautifully designed, with top notch luxury amenities. The staff were well trained and courteous. 10/10»

«The concierge was extremely helpful, attentive, and amazing!»

«Owners are very nice and sweet. Breakfast offered every morning. Liked our own space and good location. Got a good price too! Liked all the amenities in the suite.»

«Rooms are definitely outdated, beautiful outdoor property with a paved walkway to the beach. Amenities of towels and water was appreciated. Pool use is confusing. Free to use the pools, BUT at the adult pool, all the loungers are paid. So you can put your stuff at a table and swim, but nowhere to put your things or relax. Also an odd thing, we were the only ones in the pool and still they were strict with this system. The family pool whole has free loungers , MUST be booked/reserved still for ...

«I stayed here while on at conference at the ICC. I had a two room apartment with a small kitchen. Breakfast was basic. I loved that the staff were so welcoming and helpful. It's also nice that the hotel is in a quiet agricultural area. Now that it's 5-7 minutes drive to the ICC, so you'll need an Uber or a car.»

«Our host went out of his way to assist and make the stay comfortable»

«All perfect»

«I stayed at this hotel two weeks ago and had a great experience. The room was very clean, and the hotel was exceptionally well-maintained. The location was also excellent, with plenty of attractions and places to visit nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel!»

«The only real positives were the large room and the excellent swimming pool. Unfortunately, almost everything else was disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned when we arrived. The floor appeared not to have been vacuumed, there was hair in the bathroom, the shower and sink were dirty, and we even found a bra from a previous guest in the wardrobe. The shower had very poor water pressure, and the sink leaked, making it impossible to hand-wash clothes. Housekeeping was poor. Staff made ...
