«Stayed 10 days visiting my teen granddaughter. Cozy and comfortable. Quiet area tucked away. GD had friends over and with the extra living room they could stay up late and watch movies. The back deck made a beautiful outdoor office for my workation. Yard was great and just right for my dog to enjoy. Visited every morning by deer. Hope to stay again. Michael was an excellent host. Very friendly and responsive before and during our stay.»

«This is great house, just a short drive away from downtown. Very well kept for its age and equipped with everything you need for a stay in Charleston. Just note: the second bathroom/shower is located on the main floor and very small. We didn’t have too much trouble parking our vehicles despite their size, but it could get tight with more than 2.»

«The owners were super! Plenty of parking and COVERED parking for your UTV. They had our trail passes ready for us and anything else we needed.(ice,bottled water)Our dog Copper was very comfortable here and loved the dog visits from William and Jennifers dogs as well as the neighbors dogs. It was clean and comfortable. Perfect location for trail riding Bearwallow and Rockhouse. Washer & Dryer made my weekend..I like going home with my clothes already washed!»

They were extremely patient & made sure everything was taken care of at the end of the night. We enjoyed the space we stayed in. It was clean, safe, & provided us a space to visit our family in comfortably.»

«Mr. Husson allowed me to check in a couple hrs. early-which he did not have to. The interior was clean and reasonably furnished. Price was reasonable for area. However, advertisement was misleading. Rental is for a floor/flat of a house. Not the whole house. Finished basement was rented to another party (who had a puppy that cried throughout the nights). Also, yard was trashy with litter strewn about.»

«This was a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood and was a short walk from several shops & restaurants. The interior of the home was very wellcared for & the kitchen had all of the utensils we wanted along with most of the basic spices we could use. We will definitely stay in this home again if we visit the area.»

«This Charleston, WV home was lovely. V Located in Khanawa City, just a few blocks from the river. Ten minutes to downtown and the convention center, cute neighborhood to walk the pups. We were visiting our son who is a news producer for WCHS TV. Highly recommended - we would definitely stay her again!»
