«My family and I were looking for a true down east Maine getaway without dealing with tourist traps and large crowds. This was such a wonderful way to do it. The property is as described. The views and sunsets are picturesque. Sandy and Charlie are incredible people who made our stay perfect. The town is geographically located near numerous outdoor excursions and hikes. «This house was just spectacular. We were looking for something that was quiet , on the water, and this house didn't disappoint. Close enough to so many activities but far enough from the crowds of Bar Harbor. The house was very very clean and had everything we were looking for. «Enjoyed being on the Schoodick peninsula in a quieter area than Bar Harbor . An easy hour drive to Acadia which was beautiful. Took the ferry from Winter Harbor to Bar Harbor which was fun . Lobsters fresh from the boat in Corea and oysters just down the street . The view from the property was amazing.»
