«I got there right at check in and my room wasn’t ready. The person in front of me checking in was offered a bag of 4 bottles of water but it wasn’t offered to me even do I waited almost 25 minutes for my room to be ready. Shower head was broken.»

«The staff was helpful and courteous, which was the one positive aspect of my stay. Unfortunately, the overall experience was poor.
The room was not properly cleaned when I checked in, and the bedsheets had not been changed, I found hairs in my bed. Staff did change after request. During my stay, the room was not vacuumed, and basic toiletries such as shower gel wasn’t provided.
Overall, the housekeeping and room cleanliness were well below what I would expect from a hotel. I hope the ...

«I feel as if the moto today is pay more and get less but that’s across the board for everything. The room needed a few more towels. I don’t mind not having daily maid service ( and I could ask for it) but please give me more than two towels in the room. We were able to ask for more but then again I paid enough not to have to go get more towels. The breakfast nook was very minimal, which wasn’t a big deal for me but again pay more get less. «Our first and not our last visit. Beautiful, clean and impeccably maintained property close to beaches and restaurants. The only minor negative comment was the unreliability of their so called shuttle to the 4-5 stops noted . We never saw it during our 2 night stay after trying once to use it. Everything else was wonderful.»
