«The owner is wonderful! She is most kind and made certain that she was attentive to all our needs. This is an excellent place to stay with beautiful surroundings, comfortable accommodations and lovely amenities. We had a great time!!!!!»

«Great spot for the family. Close to Newport and local beaches. Plenty of space and was very clean. Everyone enjoyed their stay. I would highly recommend to anyone.»

«The house was very clean, charming and relaxing.»

«Perfect property in walking distance of everything. Will be seeking it out again when we return.»

«Mark was very responsive to any questions we had. The house had lots of outdoor spaces to lounge and enjoy. Loved the town beach pass available. It made accessing the beach easy in the summer months.»

«Connie is an incredible host! Her home is cozy, cute, and in an excellent location with reserved parking, which made everything so easy. She has really thought of everything . The lovely little lights along the stairs were such a welcome touch, especially in an unfamiliar setting. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom even had every kind of extra essential in case you forgot something or need beach towels and chairs for a trip down to the water. The food she provided was delicious and ...

«The bed rooms were excellent every one of them had a shower. Liked the kitchen on the third floor, with a large area for everyone could gather.»

«We stay in a lot of Vrbos and feel this home was lacking. We’ve never had to provide our own sheets & towels (a pain if flying). No soap provided for the showers. Only a half a roll of toilet paper provided. Outlets that didn’t work. Two front porch lights either burned out or not working, which was challenging given how dark the property was at night. Other bulbs in the house also burned out. The one positive: the property was quiet.»

«Adorable, spacious, and walkable. The kitchen was well stocked with all needs. We walked to the Seafood shop, cooked mussells and clams on the grill and loved Brickley's Ice Cream just down the street. Quaint town within steps of the house and cute cafes and shops of Wakefield. Just a mile to the wedding venue (Shepherd's Run) as well as a Welcome Party at the Surf Shack. Scarborough Beach was close and affordable for non-residents. It was a wonderful trip.»

«The house was immaculate, it’s lovely. The yard is not huge, but enough for the kids and some adults to kick around the soccer ball and play tag. The house was very well stocked. The kitchen had both informal and more formal dishes as well as plenty of serving and cookware. Everything was clearly well maintained andin great order. Additionally, communication was fabulous. Thank you to the host so very much for opening your house.»
