«Very clean, quiet and very comfortable. The host has some specific requests in accordance with the City’s noise ordinance. This provided for a very peaceful and restful stay. The beds were very comfortable and the entire house was relaxing. The Host goes above and beyond to help us feel welcome. I highly recommend staying here. It will make your visit to Fredericksburg all the more enjoyable!»

The owner was easy to get ahold of and communicate with and the home itself was tastefully decorated and had more than we needed. Definitely would book again!»

«The house itself was great. Architecturally wonderful with a great pool and view. We would rebook it 100%. A few small issues that I hope the management fixes: 1. When we got there, there was a beer bottle cap and a few small pieces of glass on the pool deck. 2. Pool was littered with dead and live bugs (not the world’s biggest deal as we spent 10 minutes cleaning it out, but listing said pool was cleaned every Friday and we checked in on a Friday). 3. «This property is lovely! Extremely clean, very well stocked with everything you need for a fun relaxing get-away. Close to places to eat, shop and explore. Our group of 8 adults was very pleased with the private space for each couple and also plenty of space to gather together. We plan to come again in the future.»
