This was like staying at you eccentric, generous, Bohemian uncle’s place - cool art and artifacts EVERYWHERE, snacks and drink offerings available 24 hours/day, and well appointed, clean, and comfortable “guest” room! «No towels in room, staff told us they had no towels. So didnt have any towels. Picture frame is the hallway busted with glass all over and asked about cleaning it up the staff told me they didnt know how to take the picture down. No vending machines, half the ice makers didnt work. When we complained and asked for a manager was told they would be there Monday and just needed to call the hotel's phone. Terrible....»

«I was ready to leave. The air conditioner didnt work. Our room stayed around 75 the whole night. I wet rags and put all over me. To top it off... the suite i booked for my family wasnt held. So my kids were down the hall from me. So on top of a hot miserable night i couldn't sleep due to worrying about my minor kids. I will never visit another one of these properties. »

«This is a hotel located at a casino. The room was large and comfortable. It was clean and they provided complimentary bottled water. The only glich was that the entrance to the hotel was blocked off by construction. This required entering through the casino and carrying luggage farther.»
