Showed up to the hotel around 945pm and the front doors were locked. Sign on the wall said you needed a room key or to hit the buzzer. After hitting the buzzer for about 10min (and calling the hotel) another guest was returning and opened the door. We then waitied another 5-10min for someone to finally come back to the desk. Staff was polite for check in. We got to the room and it smelled like it had been smoked in before. The remote to the tv was missing button, there were no wash cloths in the bathroom. The tub had what appearedto be rust. The light on the mirror didnt work and the paint on the walls was chipped/peeling. The in room coffee maker had no cups so we couldnt make coffee.
