«I highly suggest not attempting to stay here. The key word here being "attempting", because check-in time is at 10pm at night, and after showing up at 9pm, we were told that not only was check-in time at 11pm, but that our reservation had been cancelled without our knowledge. The reasoning given for the cancellation was that they couldn't reach us and validate our reservation by phone. Not only am I skeptical that this is a legitimate reason, but the other strange things about this ...

«Very close to Suyu metro station. Many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. To Seoul station the metro takes about 25 minutes. Clean room, friendly staff. Decent value for money. Bed was a bit hard. But overall a good stay. Recommended»

«Great place to stay with plenty to do around»

«The staff is very friendly and helpful.»

«Hotel location was in a great, lots of restaurants nearby within 1 block. Modern hotel, but kinda dark inside. Main Entrance to hotel was in a weird place and hard to find. It was right next to the entrance to underground parking garage but sideways, so hard to see from street. Look for sign. Parking included was nice, but tight driving in only 1 car can drive in or out at a time. Checking in, staff was not friendly, he look liked he was tired and didn't really want to help. «The location for the hotel is perfect. Close to the main attractions and has easy access to the subway. The rooms are clean, the breakfast buffet is excellent(varies every day) and the laundry room worked well for us after the hot humid days in seoul. Would absolutely stay here again!»

«We had a loft room , it’s on a smaller side , it’s ok . Location is good . Breakfast was not up to my liking but that’s because it’s traditional to Korea, I would like to have eggs and sandwich meats , but they had soup and rise .»

«Yes, the rooms are not so big but its very clean compact in toilet and other health amenities. The location is quite, great, and very accessible by bus, metro and taxi. Our stay was superb and enjoyable. We have great stay and we have great help from the staff. They help us in ordering taxi, restaurants and even in where to go and most visited places around Seoul. I have been a customer of Hotel.com for more than a decade but this hotel is the best place i have stayed. Although communication is ...

«All staff were very kind. Very pleasant stay!»

«So happy with our stay - perfect location, clean, helpful staff and good room size. We did not try the breakfast, though. Real Value for money, thank you!»

«The property was pretty well maintained and the staff was great. The property only has one relatively small elevator which is typical for Asia. My bathroom mat had mold growing underneath it and I only noticed it because I dropped something between the cracks of it and had to lift it up to find it. I left the mat up when I left for the day and housekeeping did clean it. They should be checking these things routinely. The location was great to quickly get to the places I wanted to visit and the ...
